Wolverine’s skeleton is always shown with teeth. Are his teeth adamantium too?
This is an interesting question, and it basically comes down to really, really poor planning on the part of some artists.
For example, when he survived Nuke’s blast, his skeleton looked like this:
These teeth are clearly adamantium. However, it’s difficult to know how to interpret a pic like this because if all the exterior flesh were destroyed, those bones wouldn’t stick together.
By contrast, he’s never (to my knowledge) ever been shown with a full body of flesh and metal-looking teeth.
So what gives?
Well, first, teeth are not bones. Teeth are calcified structures, but they’re not considered bone medically for a number of reasons (such as their lack of constant regrowth/regeneration like bones). This means that the adamantium process - which apparently is connected to his healing factor - wouldn’t likely have affected his teeth.
Other artists have remembered this, such as when his adamantium was extracted by Magneto.
